Terms Of Service

1. GENERAL
▪︎ I reserve the right to accept or decline any request.
▪︎ By commissioning me, you agree to all terms stated below.2. REVISIONS
▪︎ You are entitled to 4 free revisions during the sketching phase.
▪︎ Any subsequent changes or revisions after the 4 free slots will incur an additional charge of $1 USD/Rp10K per revision.3. USE
▪︎ Personal Use: The base price is for personal use only (e.g., social media icons, wallpapers, or personal printing).
▪︎ Promotional/Commercial Use: If the artwork is used for promotional purposes or monetized content, the price will be multiplied by two (2x).
▪︎ Privacy Fee: For private/non-public use where the artwork is not posted by the artist, the price is doubled (2x).4. PAYMENT
▪︎ Clients based in Indonesia may pay in IDR.
▪︎ International clients must pay in USD.
▪︎ Payment is required 100% upfront after the sketch has been approved.
▪︎ Work will only continue once the payment has been received.
▪︎ Please do not send payment before I confirm your commission request.5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
▪︎ The Artist retains the full intellectual property rights and copyright to the artwork.
▪︎ Usage rights depend on the commission type purchased (Personal, Private, or Commercial).
▪︎ Proper credit to the Artist is required whenever the work is displayed publicly.6. COMMUNICATION
▪︎ I will provide status updates.
▪︎ Please provide clear character references and descriptions upfront to ensure the best results.7. DELIVERY & TIMELINE
▪︎ Final high-quality files will be delivered via a Google Drive link or Gmail
▪︎ The estimated turnaround time is 1-2 weeks, depending on the current queue.
